Time to reconsider the mixed relays. When you don’t have the strength and depth in the squad, it takes too much out of the athletes to run that, their individual event and the main relays. I’d rather see us win medals in the individual events & main relays than fail in all three! #athletics

Not a big fan of Amy Hunt but that was fantastic run, topping an almost perfect season for her. She’s just got better and better every race. If she can improve her starts she could definitely beat the best in the world at 200m.
