Hey everyone, here's a real simple way to disable "Super Resolution" on your channels: • YouTube Studio • Settings • Channel • Advanced settings • Uncheck "Let YouTube enhance visual quality" • Uncheck "Let YouTube enhance audio quality"

you can opt out in your channel settings! worth noting that this doesn't apply to quality settings that already exist (i.e. if a video is in 240p, the actual original 240p version is still viewable) this change sucks but it is so much easier to navigate around than people are pretending it is

Idk who needs to hear this, but as artists, we need to normalize charging AT LEAST minimum wage for your country [maybe a little more; in my case, 17-20 CAD per hour]. As buyers, we need to normalize respecting the minimum wage rule and not underpaying artists.
