This has always been my biggest issue with genAI even if it became completely ethical and environmentally conscious: Voice actors get their starts doing silly memes and fandubs. If even a single one of those uses AI voices, that stalls a potential career. It will rot the craft from the bottom up.

In the first TY the Tasmanian Tiger game, there is a swamp at the bottom of one of the early levels full of leeches that jump onto Ty and swell up. Legitimately sprang out of my chair and ran out of the room when it happened for the first time. HATED it. Hated hated HATED it.
