#MechWarrior - We back on MW. Just acquired this 100 ton UNIT Atlas mech. 4 Medium Lasers 1 Large Ballistic Autocannon 20 Burst 1 Large Range Missile 20 Artemis 1 Short Range Missile 6 Artemis Not as many missiles as the Longbow but 200 more armor and way more weapon slots.

RoboQuest tonight. Completed a run finally. This last boss was fun

Game #29 - #EternalStrands Platform - #Xbox Time - 27H Rating - 8/10 Solid action rpg, cool environmental destruction and unique giant boss encounters that were fun early but some of the later ones were kinda frustrating. Has a lot or charm loved the art style and characters.

Game #28 - #RWBYArrowfell Platform - #Xbox Time - 6H Rating - 6/10 Forgot to post this. It was a pretty medicore metroid/beat em up game but I love the RWBY girls and it was like an episode of the show. Liked that aspect.

Eternal Strands - Has a BOTW style climbing mechanic and you fight giant enemies by climbing them similarly to Dragons Dogma. Pretty cool so far.

Game #27 - #SouthOfMidnight Platform - #PC Time - 11H Rating - 8/10 Incredible art direction and soundtrack. Emotionally deep and heartfelt story. Solid combat with plenty of tools to keep it fun with a somewhat overused gameplay loop. Loved this game.

MechWarrior - That last mission was rough. Repairs ongoing.

South Of Midnight - This game is a stunner. Already love the art direction and visuals. Enjoying combat early on. Still gotta work on my dodge timing and attack recognition. But its got solid mechanics. Spells, combat moves, perfect dodge and mobility. Seems pretty solid. Ch3

Game #26 - #AtomFall Platform - #XboxSeriesX #PC Time - 18H Rating - 8/10 Interesting setting, intriguing mystery, & a fun world to explore (no fast travel tho) with combat that was serviceable even if the AI felt basic at times. A unique experience, Bioshock/Fallout vibes

AtomFall - One of the last bunkers for a quest, got almost all the collectibles. Just about time to wrap this up and move on to South Of Midnight

AtomFall - 9H in and really loving the exploration and mystery. Gameplay is…serviceable but AI is a bit basic. Though combat is not always the right choice as ammo can be scarce. Beautiful world though.

MechWarrior - Destructibility is a big feature here. Buildings crumble snd fall apart as they are shot and many can just simply be walked through (minor armor damage to your mech)

MechWarrior - Many ways to take out enemy BattleMechs. The top right status HUD shows how much damage their armor (color outlines) and structure (inner color) has taken Knock out 1 leg and they are crippled. The second one? They topple over.

MechWarrior today. Long Range Missiles arc over cover. You can see the damage to the enemy BattleMech in the top right as the volleys find their target.

Game #25 - #DiabloIV Platform - #XboxSeriesX Time - 15H Rating - 9/10 The 5th and final Diablo game of the year on our series replay. D4 has a fantastic campaign, played the sorc this time and it was a really fun class to run

Epic last boss and scenes. Diablo IV had an excellent campaign. Glad to have replayed it again. On to the DLC. 🤘

Blizzard knows how to make an insane cutscene.

Game #24 - #DMCDevilMayCry Platform - #XboxSeriesX Time - 12H Rating - 8/10 Fun and deep combat, lots of flashy combos and cool weapons but a fairly forgettable story. Had a lot of fun with it though.

Aquila and the Revenant are amazing. Love the area of effect of the aquila and stopping power of the revenant sawed off

Really enjoying DMC Devil May Cry.

Game #23 - #SonicFrontiers Platform - #XboxSeriesX Time - 21h 40/40 100% Rating - 7/10 Janky like most Sonic games but fast and fun. Boss fights were cool and the world wasnt a chore to map out and complete. Enjoyed it.

2025 Game 22 Diablo III Co-op series replay going well. Diablo 3 is legit my favorite of the series and yeah im old enough that I played D2 when it was new. The combat loop and endgame is just excellent. Almost crossed 600h with this replay lol

Finished Yellstone tonight. Good series. Not my typical type of show. Surprised me how much I got into it.

On to the second island of Sonic Frontiers.

Act 3 down. Its funny how Blizz just never fixed the borked voice lines for Azmodan. But ending the act treats us with glorious Blizz cutscenes. This is actually my favorite design for Diablo herself.

Game #21 - #ResistanceFallOfMan Platform - #PS3 Time - 10H Rating 6/10 Started off strong but became a slog by the end. Story is like if Gears of War was on Earth during WW2 with the Chimera’s origins similar to the Locust. Janky shooting, fun weapons though. Enjoyed it mostly.

Shotguns are the best part of a FPS and Insomniac really nailed it in Resistance.

We finished Diablo Immortal and started D3. Necromancer so fuckin good. I mean mowing down enemies with an army of the dead then ripping the bones out of corpses to eviscerate the next room? Doesn’t get any better than that.

Cleaned up and reorganized my physical games, books and manga.

Hunkered down in bed with my babygirl. Steam Deck and Sofia The First. Gonna be a stormy night
