I also want to take a moment to address something too.
I am considered in *great* health.
My blood pressure is constantly in a great zone, my cholesterol is "the best [my doctor] has seen in a 40yo", and I exercise and do yoga at minimum of a half hour daily.
I also eat a very good, balanced diet.
