Had probably the most “gym bro” meal I’ve consumed in a while. A chicken breast, a fried egg and a half tin of baked beans (with a light dusting of grated cheese). Feels wrong but was surprisingly good. Think I’ll swap the chicken breast for chicken sausages next time.

Saw an old friend perform in the Brighton Gay Men’s Chorus (they were all great) and then a rather hazy evening of drinking and dancing followed (I have yet to sleep). 10/10 thank you Brighton for the lovely day.

The people who meet me keep telling me I don’t look like I do in my photos (in a good way) and now I have lost any sense of what I actually look like 🫠
