Had the absolute best time at TooManyGames yesterday! It was my first convention and I certainly hope it won’t be the last! Shoutout to the staff for making sure everyone got through the TRG meet n greet despite the time shortage 😁 As well as to TRG themselves for the great Thrown Controllers show!

While the other kids were out there watching endless SpongeBob, I was watching the Jetsons, Underdog, and Laff a Lympics. I genuinely think I’m a little more nuanced as a person because of it.

A little about Middle Spoon. Me and Mandy went through a lot since we wrote the last album "It's Sorted." Right after it came out, my dad went to the hospital for a stroke, and spent months and months there last year. Then literally on the eve of touring it, my grandmother died. At the same time,

Middle Spoon is quite possibly the best @cheekface.bsky.social album yet. They managed to mix their usual style with some new sounds in a way that works and feels very natural. Can’t wait to listen to it again and again this week!! Fav Song: Art House
