Insightful day at Children's Literature conference today. Great to hear papers reflecting some of our local children's writing greats - Martin Waddell's novels & Oliver Jeffers' space art. Even managed to squeeze in a whistlestop tour of Oliver Jeffers' current exhibition at the Naughton Gallery
