Visited #Longmont #Colorado last weekend and saw they were building out the infrastructure with a bike lanes. We checked out the Boulder mall and a convenient vending machine filled with tubes and Homey Stingers & Gu for fueling!

#Cycling Training: Last yr I got an EV commuter bike but since walking, using weights & increased riding I’ve lost a lot of weight and feel great. I would like my winter training to build a base so I can climb. Question is do I use the EV for the punchy climbs or do I suffer with the acoustic bike?

The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse served us a lovely dinner last night - I ordered the Persian Khoresh Fresenjan.
