Finished reading Alright, Alright, Alright: The Oral History of Richard Linklater’s Dazed and Confused. Started it 2 days ago; think that’s the quickest I’ve read a book all year! It was super, super interesting. If you love the film, you’ll love the book.

We had beige food for tea, and then I got the phrase “beige food”, to the tune of Hey Jude, stuck in my head, which was less annoying than you’d think. Especially enjoyed the “na na na naaaa, beige food” refrain at the end.

I drew until my iPad battery ran out. I’m still way off finishing. I need to print the card/poster when we’re at mine tomorrow. I may fail. Good thing my nephew loves me anyway 😬
