Recently I found myself reflecting a lot of how creativity can support resilience, drawing from both my research and personal experiences. I have spent a few weeks in this mixed style embroidery piece, partly inspired by my commute to work, but ultimately started as a study on murmurations.

Tl;dr majority of ultra-processed foods are already captured in existing measures intended to reduce sales of unhealthy products, such as advertising restrictions. Once more, the UPFs debate takes time energy and funding away from enacting policies that we already know will help people live better.

The demo that keeps on giving! Today we collected data in class for a second year in a row to answer the very important research question "do #minieggs have an equal ratio of pinks, yellows, whites and purple?" 1st picture of last year's sample, 2nd this year's sample. I guess I need more data 🤷
