There should be a university for construction and architecture where there's always 1 building under renovation. The entire surrounding town will also be under constant renovation. They will build the perfect walkable city, then draft improved plans, tear things up, and build again. Repeat forever.

Bing is genuinely better than Google search. Bing's homepage is so full of news slop that I don't wanna see, but it's still better than Google search.
