Last week I tried moving to an old skool phone with just calls and sms. Used it and work computer for most interactions, only switched over to smartphone on a couple of occaisions. It was a nice experiment and helped me realise that you can take steps to get away from web/ socials/algorithms.

For me Here Comes Your Man is a real oddball pixies tune. There aren't many others that are sweet all the way. I really enjoy it as part of the full album. Dead comes straight after, perfect move.

I don't really get merch made because I can't see any scenario where someone would want to walk around with some random dude from Lanarkshire's name on a tee shirt.

A rag and bone man used to come around our way. You'd take out old clothing or household junk and he'd give you a wee toy. Also, guys that just walked around the houses with trays of candy apples, yelling, "CAAAAAANDY APPPAAAAAAALS". I come from Bellshill though, so.
