Improving pulse detection for X-IFU on @the-athena-x-ray-observatory.eu at ADASS XXXV. Overlapping pulses often confuse the standard detection algorithm. We tested a new method, Delayed Derivative Subtraction, to improve overlaps detection. Simulations look promising! In bcobo.github.io/SIRENA/ 🛠️
