Everyone I knew growing up is getting married, buying houses and having kids while I’m still at the beginning of the game of life at age 34. I don’t know how people do it.

Starting medication that will make me more susceptible to extreme heat right as the first big heat wave hits is not ideal.

Trying to navigate mental heath services along with insurance makes the symptoms that I want to get treated even worse.
