Amazing Penguin (1990) for #gameboy is so fun! And sooooo cute! 🩷🖤 Calling it a "Pac-Man clone" would be a bit of a stretch, but it does have that simple arcadey feel. Just read the manual before playing though cause it's not entirely intuitive. 😅

I'm playing Mega Man 4 on an actual NES for the first time and, I'm not sure what I think about it. 🤔 MM1 was clunky fun. I love MM2. I'm super nostalgic for MM3. MM4 has a lot of stage design that feels unnatural to me.

The Guardian Legend for #NES It rarely comes up when people talk about the best NES games. The reviews were average or pretty good. I consider it a literally perfect game! It's an futuristic action exploration shooter and I can't get enough if it!

I bought Skate or Die: Bad 'n Rad for #gameboy back when it came out. I picked it because I recognized the series Nintendo Power. I struggled to enjoy it as a kid. I thought it was going to be a "skateboarding" game, but it took me a while to realize it's more of an old school "runner" type game.

FUN FACT: Minesweeper was officially released for the original Game Boy! And SkiFree for the Game Boy Color! 🤯

Contra: The Alien Wars is a port of the SNES game to the #gameboy and... It's kind of a mess. Annoying music. Bland backgrounds. Boring fights. All weapons are terrible except Fire which is waaaay overpowered. And worst of all... YOU CAN'T DUCK UNDER ENEMY BULLETS??? 🤯😤😤😤

I beat the US version of #Contra Hard Corps for #Sega #Genesis! I had so much fun that I kept playing and beat it like five times in the past three days. 😅 With Ray, Browny, and my favorite Sheena. And that was only ONE out of the SIX paths and endings! THIS GAME IS SO GOOD. 😩

I DID IT!!! ✨ Mega Man (NES) is so fun! I didn't Pause cheat during the Yellow Devil but I totally cheated on the final Wily boss. The hardest part for me was the final robot master gauntlet. Also I didn't know Mega Man strips like Samus at the end of Metroid! 😆
