This is actually so funny because my family toured this with my realtor today and the ceiling was caved in from water damage and the roof was fucked but also everyone in the house left with fleas :)

It's actually so painful looking at all the perfect, beautiful houses around Pittsburgh that are just 10-15k out of my price range.

Buying a house the first time was stressful enough but now I get to do it while also selling a house and actively moving across the country :) :) :)
