It was an honour to pay tribute to our heroic WWII veterans ahead of VJ Day. This 80th anniversary carries a personal resonance for me, because my grandfather served in Burma, during the Battle of Kohima. Today I remember him with pride, and honour all those who served alongside him. 🧡
