I have some sort of an OCD : each time I play Dark Souls 3, I rush to Archdragon Peak and stand next to the altar on the highest point of the peak, with the beautiful view there. That's my favorite level. And then I'm like "Ok so what now ?" And I always drag on and on to finish the game.
