I think people misunderstand that IT IS OKAY if a book makes you UNCOMFORTABLE, sometimes that is the author's intent, but what YOU DO with those feelings as the reader is YOUR responsibility, not an author's, and which is why using that discomfort as a crux to mortality police makes you a dick

／／　[LRT] : I actually find it really nice on here that it is common to communicate OOC. It actually makes me extremely happy and hopeful for the future. Everyone is so thoughtful and I haven’t seen it in A LONG time. Granted, I don’t write much but it’s always great.

Communication in RP is so very important y'all. Always ask questions to make sure you understand something. Have in depth conversations with those you RP with to match the vibes. It is never annoying to check in. If anything, it shows the person you are RPing/hanging out with, that you care.
