Pain-Med induced thoughts: I should run a TTRPG campaign inspired by the Sharknado films.

Blarg! Bored, but too tired to do much. Could take a nap, but waiting on someone to stop by and the nurses like to come into check on me .

The food at this hospital is surprisingly good. So far I've had: Eggs w/ Spinach and Bell Pepper, potatoes, french toast, sausage, tamale, zucchini, a pear cup, fig newtons, beans and more applesauce than I've had in two years. XD Oh and orange juice.

I survived my surgery, woo!

Started a new story, woo. :D Now... is 600 words worth of snarky in-character bitching/expositional setup too much to start with... Hmm

My WoL is "predictably unpredictable." Those that know her well enough have an idea of what's coming - usually some sort of insane experiment/creation - but never the details. Those that don't know her? Probably more on the unpredictable side of things.

Is today a lazily productive day, or a productively lazy one?

Immediate family for my WoL wouldn't be too chaotic. Her and her daughters. Probably a lot of frank and open discussions about their intimate encounters. Extended family though? That would be pure and utter chaos, confusion, and questions like "I saw you die. How are you alive?"

Wrap party was fun! I had to dash out early because I have to be up ass-early in the morning -and- the facepaint for my costume was flaking and irritating me. A lot. >.< Plus side, I'm surprised my Gideon costume came out as well as it did given I only had 2 days to throw it together.

And the Haunt is done for the year! This has been an amazing experience and I'm glad I braved Craigslist looking for jobs to apply for. I'm glad I beat down my crippling social anxiety, shyness and self-doubt enough to go to the audition. And I'm glad I got the parts I did.

I now have two dumb comic ideas to draw when my art is better. >:3

Abyssal Exalt NPC I made back in 1e... Sorta. The arms are artifacts that ate the flesh off her original pair. This was fun to do. Learned a bunch while doing so and know places I need to focus on studying for next time. Though next project drawing is gonna be just a couple of heads.

Media night went well, other than a couple of hiccups like getting annoying dry mouth.

AVP Requiem I think slips in A Serbian Film Puppet Master: The Littest Reich The Happening? Harder than I thought it would be. I can usually find enough enjoyment to rank something at least 2-3, with 1s being just forgettable... But yeah, I think those four are probably 1s. Especially 2 and 3. >.<

Second rehearsal down! Feeling a fucktonne more confident/relaxed about this. Probably still gonna have bad anxiety come opening night, but at least the imposter syndrome is shutting up for a while...

First rehearsal, woo! Went well, mostly meeting people, seeing stuff, some line reads. Less scary than anticipated. REALLY should've brought something to drink, holy hells.

A'ight. I've still got a long ways to go, but I did some drawing last night after mostly just doing practices. My favourite Exalted character from back in the day, Tsangun, Twilight craftswoman/jaw puncher. The chin bugs me now that I'm more awake, and I might go darker on the spots in the future.
