I’ve been thinking this too- it’s demoralizing in a very isolating way, that serves their purposes of making sure we know where we stand.

I don't really use TikTok that much, but I find it fascinating that our government is on the verge of banning an app for national security reasons that are still unclear in the same week that Meta, the largest social media company, says it's now fine to hate LGBTQ people and call us mentally ill.

Wow- I forgot how much I absorb all the emotions around me- until there are fires everywhere and several days long power outages- and everything is so heightened that I need to hide and cry.

No power for 36 hours now, choppers continuously overhead, gas station wait was 25 minutes & they were out of 87. Every time I hear sirens I think the mountains by us are about to go up in flame. & yet we are still supposed to perform capitalism. Working is not how I planned to spend my apocalypse.
