The Wolves are now 7th in the Western Conference. Still just 3 back of the 2 seed, so anything is still possible, but the Wolves cushion above the play-in tournament is now gone

This is just who the Wolves are at this point. They play down to the level far too often Good chance it costs them a shot at the two seed I also think it's a bigger deal than just the game tonight or seeding. I think it'll be hard for a team with this much inconsistency...

I did a little digging into the remaining schedules of teams currently seeded 2-6 in the West. In my opinion, the Wolves have the easiest schedule in the group Wolves have the fewest B2Bs, least rest disadvantage games and middle of the road opponent win%

I'm not gonna get bent out of shape about who is or isn't an an All-Star starter for a bunch of reasons. Most notably having fan voting account for more than half of the decision is a poor way to do it and also they aren't even playing with 2 teams for All-Star this year

The Western Conference is loaded with talent and Ant did end up missing nine games. Still feels a bit crazy he didn't make it, although with fan voting being a large factor, maybe it shouldn't be surprising

I thought this game was the good version of this. Close lead at half before putting them away in the 4th. Much better than being down big only to climb back in with a late run (ignoring the last five minutes) Wolves get a much-needed win in Miami 125-115
