By some quick back-of-the-envelope calculations, looks like voter turnout for Allegheny County, PA (county exec, DA up for grabs) was 40.6% of registered voters, compared to 35.1% for PA overall (state supreme court, other judges, local races). Not bad for a non-gubernatorial year!
