Celtics led by 24, lost it all, and ended up holding on for a one point win. They've won THREE IN A ROW and got a little revenge against Philly. Even with their late mistakes, they played great defense when it mattered and Jaylen was awesome again. More later on a full Locked On Celtics podcast.

Thanks Patriots for a fun afternoon by leading the whole game & dominating the 2nd half with 3 beautiful touchdowns & nice defense! The Celtics were fun in the beginning then the game got worse as it progressed. I hope they win the next game vs the Pelicans, also a winless team.

Derrick allowed 18 points on 7/15 shooting. He had 6 deflections, 9 shot contests, 1 steal, 1 block, and 2 offensive fouls drawn. He was a minus 3. Next up road trip to New York to play the Knicks.

Tough regular season opening game loss, Celtics. Great 3rd quarter to get an 11 point lead heading into the 4th quarter but unfortunately the Celtics defense failed to stop Maxey (40 pts) and Edgecomber (34 pts).
