Giving you all a hint, theres a generation 2 pokemon im working on whose colors matches the following pigments: PBk1, PR144, and PY128. The pigment names also share something in common.

The eyes seem very colorful almost as if Azo pigments were used on this umbral palette. I’ll explain this pocket monster more in 197 hours.
