Rare serious post from me: Almost two years ago I got what I thought was a minor injury at the gym. Over the past couple years, it has gotten worse and completely affected my ability to work out – which has been a huge blow to my mental health and body image. (1/4)

Last night in a small bar in Kyoto I was speaking with a local using my very limited Japanese. He was so nice and we were chatting about things and then he randomly hopped up from his seat and started doing … this. I love Japan!!!

This is going to sound so corny, but ever since I was a kid I’ve wanted to stand under the Fushimi gates. And today I got to do it! It made me so happy. 🧡

I’m on an unfortunate-timed vacation in Japan the same week as the layoffs at Square Enix. I wasn’t impacted, but so many of my amazing coworkers were. Thanks to everyone who checked in on me. It’s going to be very different when I get back. 💔 Love you all.

Reviews for DQ I & II HD-2D Remake just went live and they are so good so far! 😭 We’re currently sitting at an 86 on Metacritic, which is higher than last year’s (amazing) DQ III! I’m so happy and proud to work on this incredible game. It launches tomorrow, so get excited! ☺️

I am so thrilled to reveal that my latest cover story for Game Informer is about Dragon Quest VII Reimagined! Alongside my 12-page cover story, I also wrote an 8-page DQ retrospective, since this is somehow our FIRST EVER DQ cover🤯 Can’t wait for you all to get this issue – I’m so so proud of it🥹

Helping secure this cover is one of the proudest moments in my entire PR career. This is the first time a DRAGON QUEST game has EVER been on the cover of Game Informer, so I can't wait for you all to read this beautiful issue once it comes out in November. I'm so happy! ☺️
