Sand lance predation
Folly Cove was jam-packed with tiny sand lance and their presence didn't go unnoticed. As the shoal dipped and dove to avoid becoming a meal, a school of larger fish hit them from the other side. I'mβ¦

Eastern Wood-Pewees are quite common in New England, but this was the first time I noticed one. I watched this one perch on a branch, stare at the sky (as pictured), and then flit up to grab a flying insect out of the air.

Throwback to 2014 when baby diver Brian (13 total dives) hopped into the Blue Hole in Belize and watched as the sharks circled until one decided to dive straight down and disappear. That wasn't unsettling at all, nope nope nope.

Subjects in the water column like this chameleon shrimp are often quite challenging with a macro lens like the M.Zuiko 60mm. The OM-1 autofocus picked up the subject and got the eyes in crisp focus.

There are now 10 toilets in Space International Space Station: 4 Crew Dragon Docked at ISS: 1 Soyuz Docked at ISS: 1 Tiangong Space Station: 2 Shenzhou Docked at TSS: 1 Artemis II on way around Moon: 1 This will be the first time a toilet has left low earth orbit!

Went to Peirce Island in Portsmouth, NH for the nudibranch bonanza and it was π₯π₯ I opted to make it challenging by forgetting my flash trigger, so I had to shoot with video lights instead of strobes (possible, but I NEVER do it on purpose) π£ Pictures to follow!
