The bad news: childhood trauma will have you subconsciously attracting and craving things, people and situations that harm you. The good news: with time, awareness and intention you can break these harmful patterns.

The higher an individual’s income, the better his or her health and vice-versa. That is the real story here. But the media rather make health plans the villain. Yes UHC should have been stopped a long time ago but when do we address the bigger issue. People are sick and doctor’s can’t help them.

Being able to distinguish between someone being nice to you versus being kind is of utmost importance in relationships.
