Question: How did you score that
@clarkesworldmagazine.com
gig? Did you contact the editor? Did your agent do it? I'm going to answer this in public, since 3 separate people have asked me. I went through the submission pathway just like anybody else. No agent involvement. You can do the same.

White feminists are white feministing harder for this lying sack of shit. Bari didn't break the glass ceiling. She was given a pedestal by white supremacists. Y'all be fucking for real now

There's a man in my group chat I want to tell he was born ass backwards and that's why his mind is full of shit. But I can't because the GC would probably meltdown over that. So I just have to say it into the void.

I'm rewatching Sleepover and omg baby Brie Larson. Movies like these and shows like PLL really normalised adults dating minors in a way that physically hurts to watch.

Prometheus and Covenant are so horrible. They also completely ignore the lore of the first two films. It also ends with a dumb droid v droid fight and a scene that suffers a major Aliens inferiority complex.

Rewatching Deep Rising, a staple of my childhood. It has such a surprisingly stacked cast. It feels like a rip off of Star Wars and James Bond and Jurassic Park.

Rewatching What Happens in Vegas and I don't understand why Joy had to end up with such a douchebag. He repeatedly assaults her when they move in together. He lives like a disgusting slob. She deserved soooo much better. I'd put up with a lot for $1.5m but a man mistreating me? Fuck that.

Rewatching Anaconda: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid and it has the markings of a good adventure horror movie but is failed by melodrama, bad writing and stupid characters.

Sansa fans really try to gaslight us. There's no sign she'd be a good queen but Dany proved it considering she's the only one who disrupted oppressive systems. The show runners should have given us a mutual ruling of Dany and Margery. Kill all the men. And the Starks. PS-idfc about the books.

Thunderbolts... Where are the other Avengers in all this? Spiderman lives in Brooklyn, The New York sanctum is right there đ. The MCU is just such an overpopulated mess it's buckling under the weight of its own plot holes. Void's powers are pretty cool.

This may be an unpopular opinion but I think Ballerina has a better plot than John Wick. The stakes feel better or more fleshed out. The acting is a bit more wanting. However, I do love the action sequences for both. Ultimately, I prefer Ballerina.

I don't think anyone in the MCU had as much fun playing their role as Jeff Goldblum did playing the Grandmaster in Ragnarok.

And Just Like That 305 has some of the old spirit back. Carrie having an annoyed neighbour and her back to her glorious self-centred self has been more entertaining than the bullshit they're making us endure with Aiden.

Looking at the "nominations" for the best films of the last 25 years and it's staggering how none of these people watch films made outside the US. Like not one. Embarrassing

Is Tyler Perry's Straw just misery porn? Because what's the goal of this? Does he donate the proceeds from these movies to Black women in need? Sometimes it feels like he hates Black women.

Of the hundreds of thousands hit by the atomic bombings in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, 10 to 20 per cent were Korean. Though they had much in common with Japanese victims, they were denied specialized medical coverage and sidelined.

I've been rewatching Friends and I have somehow developed more grace for Ross. A lot of the issues with him stem from bad writing rather than poor character development. Oh my god. Am I growing up??

John Wick's problem is too long fight scenes that could have ended a lot sooner. Especially in Parabellum. Laurence deserved better too. Rest in peace Lance.

Wanted feels like James McAvoy was channeling Shia. The movie is largely unenjoyable because of the training sequence. Outside of tournament sequences, I really don't like training montages
