We often argue about outcomes instead of asking what incentives produced them.

Peace isn't created. It's what emerges when systems stop rewarding conflict.

When money gains enough influence to rewrite the rules, competition slowly becomes permission.

Humanity doesn't need a breakthrough nearly as much as it needs the courage to implement the breakthroughs it already has.

The question isn't whether capitalism works. The question is: who does it work for, and what behaviour does it reward?

Markets are remarkable tools. But tools shouldn't decide our values.

If accumulating wealth becomes more rewarding than creating value, don't be surprised when value becomes scarce.

We already know how to reduce poverty, improve healthcare, and generate clean energy. The biggest barrier isn't innovation. It's incentives.

Hate him or love him - you can't stop talking about him. That's what he does well, that's why he's a master distractor. THAT is why wealthy scumbags give him the keys to the kingdom.

Every system rewards something. Before asking why society behaves the way it does, ask what behaviour the system rewards.

The evidence is there for all to see. The only people in denial now are the ignorant and the army of client journalists paid to lie, minimise and obfuscate about it. The same people, tactics used by big tobacco in some cases. Just a lot more money behind them.

Yup.

Billionaires are becoming trillionaires while the poor become poorer. That isn’t a law of nature. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘄. And unlike the laws of nature, systems can be redesigned.

You don’t fight bad systems. You build better ones until the old ones become obsolete.

If capitalism is so great and socialism will inevitably fail, why does the United States have to invade every socialist country out of fear that it might spread?

You DO NOT earn a billion dollars. You steal it. Nobody works a billion times harder than a nurse, a teacher, or a farmer. That money comes from underpaying the people who actually did the work. Stop worshipping hoarders who are just really good at wage theft

You don’t create peace. You create better systems that crowd out the ones preventing it. Peace naturally follows.

The greatest constraints on progress are often invisible because we’ve mistaken them for reality instead of design.

You don’t design peace. You design the conditions under which peace is more likely to emerge.

Evolution doesn’t produce “better” organisms. It produces organisms that survived under current conditions. Likewise, media doesn’t produce better ideas. It produced ideas that survive under its incentive structure. Change the incentive structure…and new ideas become evolutionarily successful.

The world improves when we reward those who solve problems, not merely those who accumulate assets.

What behaviour should society reward? Reward accumulation, and you’ll get accumulation. Reward cooperation, and you’ll get cooperation. Reward outrage, and you’ll get outrage. Reward long-term stewardship, and you’ll get stewardship. Over time, civilization reflects what we reward.

Institutions don’t create outcomes. They create incentives. Incentives create behaviours. Behaviours create outcomes. If we want different outcomes… …start with the 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀.

We spend most of our time debating behaviour. But behaviour is downstream. 1. Institutions embody incentives. 2. Incentives shape behaviour. 3. Behaviour shapes civilization. Want a better civilization? Design better incentives.

We blame people. We should be studying 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀. Institutions are simply incentives made permanent. Incentives shape behaviour. Behaviour shapes civilization. Change the incentives. Change the civilization.

Racism: deciding someone’s worth by their skin colour. Sexism: deciding someone’s worth by their sex. Ageism: deciding someone’s worth by their age. Ableism: deciding someone’s worth by their abilities. #𝙒𝙀𝘼𝙇𝙏𝙃𝗶𝘀𝗺: deciding someone’s worth by their bank account.

Crony capitalism is not a free market. It's what happens when wealth gains enough power to shape the rules for itself.

We teach that race shouldn’t determine a person’s worth. Neither should sex. Neither should age. 𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘥𝘰 𝘸𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘰 𝘦𝘹𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘭𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵? 𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗛𝗶𝘀𝗺: discrimination based on wealth. No one should be valued less because they have less. No one should matter more because they have more.

Solutions are everywhere. The real question is whether we're willing to value them more than the systems preventing them.

The challenge isn't that humanity lacks answers. It's that some answers threaten profitable arrangements.

𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗛𝗶𝘀𝗺: discrimination based on wealth. Once enough productive assets are owned by a relatively small group, the rest of society is increasingly limited to competing for wages rather than participating in the compounding returns of ownership.

A better future doesn't require perfect people. It requires better systems.

We often frame today's crises as failures of technology. More often, they're failures of priorities.

A trillion dollars in pennies would stack roughly from Earth to the Sun. That’s not “really rich.” That’s civilization-distorting wealth — and most people can’t intuitively grasp the scale. A trillionaire should not exist.

History is filled with moments where ordinary people changed what experts said was impossible.

If enough wealth can buy enough influence, democracy slowly becomes optional for those at the top.

The good news is that solutions exist. The hard news is that implementation requires courage.

Societies become healthier when value creation matters more than wealth extraction.

The future is not something that happens to us. It's something we build together.
