Ideally, McGillis would be in his early 30s, that is the vibe that fits best to me. But because I know Gundam would never allow for this, my headcanon has settled on a compromise that makes him 29 in S2.
... which means he'd be 23 during the babyface scenes but look. 23 is still young. Shush.
