Beautiful painting and a great cause

We see the AIB building is finally sold. Don't have an image so we nicked this one from Mary Caviston's 2022 post (thanks, Mary). Anyone have any info on what is planned? It's a wonderful building, Hope someone with an imagination to match has bought it.
