A skill can pass every lint check and still produce wrong code. `skills-check test` runs eval suites through agent harnesses with 7 built-in graders, multi-trial execution, and baseline regression tracking.

skills-check is now a GitHub Action — catch stale, insecure, or bloated Agent Skills before they merge. One step, 10 commands, configurable thresholds.

Here's an example using Architect to deploy Hono to AWS Lambda+API gateway. It is portable to any env that hono supports. Coldstart (p99) would be 150ms. It should scale to 10,000 rps no problem and be completely free if you have traffic less than 2M req a month. First deploy 60s. Subsequent<10s.
