Most of the U.S. private sector international tax community spent a generation advocating for a level playing field in international tax. Everyone who participated in or believed in that generation-long advocacy effort — which made the level playing field the U.S. international tax community’s number one tax policy request — may wish to reflect on where we are and where we should go.
