I’ll crash out a lot about tonight but this is a really fair missed point. The crowd might have been dead but this was a top 4 match on a 13 match card, but the crowd would never let you know this

A friend of mine has asked me FOUR times at an event today, if I think Mercedes will beat Statlander tonight at AEWs Full Gear and let me tell you, I’m going to look like an absolute idiot if she somehow does at this point.

I guess the problem with Anna Jay and AEW is this. She’s never going to grow with the pace AEW actually book her, but, should AEW invest more time in somebody they clearly don’t want to book more frequently? It’s a coin toss but if we lose that amazing theme then I’m just going to be cranky af.

It’s absolutely incredible that Hanger/Shibata, a match in incredibly hyped for, is maybe the match I’m FOURTH most looking forward to tonight. Yes, AEW can be frustrating at times (Lashley/Riccochet will be a slot for me to make some tea) but this card is better than other company’s PPVs in 2025

People who are upset about the AEW full gear card right now,some food for thought: The main card has space for 2-3 more matches and we’re getting the end of the quarterfinals of the womens tag tournament on the go home show. Semis at Full Gear makes sense and sets up the finals for Dynamite easily

AEW Collision this week featuring Moxley fawning over how handsome PAC is, how tough Yuta is, how smart Garcia is, how badass Marina is - delusionally being overly affectionate, was the so goofy and I love it. And yet I’m just still expecting the inevitable Claudio coup any moment now….
