Unsurprising. A) this lawsuit is novel. Obviously that’s because the Feds are off the deep end. But novelty always makes winning unlikely. B) the judge did not rule MN loses. The judge ruled MN had not made the difficult showing necessary for a *preliminary* injunction. The case continues.
