Google is returning "Chat" to GBP, but this time it's using SMS or WhatsApp directly instead of it's past (failures) messaging products (many). Still rolling out, but you can enable in your Contact tab in GBP and it displays on your mobile profile. (🔥 This is a win for Leadferno and our clients!)

These are the fake “live chat” solutions I think really suck. I had just one question on a SUV for sale. ☝️ The bot transfers me, the sales person (likely answering service) can’t help. They only want to capture your info, not help. Can’t answer ONE basic question. 🤬 Terrible customer experience.

Used ChatGPT/AI for creating a company's core values. I created a survey for the team asking about their mission, goals, traits, talents, ideals, who they admire at the company & why, + more. Fed the survey results to ChatGPT, asked it to create core values, then a few revision prompts and boom!
