Major gaming pet peeve of mine is when games don't change character outfits with new equipment unless you give them a specific piece of equipment that goes in a dedicated armor slot. Some of these have excellent designs, but you're making your character worse as a result.

Similarly, if you do date or marry a gamer, you don't necessarily need the same game tastes. My bf and I have very different tastes, but we love watching each other play. He's been playing Marvel Rivals, and I just genuinely enjoy watching him be good at the game 💙

Real talk here, TGA last night was the best it's ever been. Excellent announcements across all sorts of genres, well-deserved awards, reflecting on the failures of previous TGA's, and addressing the game industry layoffs and recognizing somebody that made huge efforts to aid those affected. 10/10

Doing a D&D game for your coworkers is great except for the part where you have to make characters for most of them and also make sure it isn't too difficult so they have a fun time but also not be too weird about it because these are your coworkers and you'll see them again every day.
