We were delighted to present at the @lnnmhomeless.bsky.social conference about our harm reduction work and SWERVE's hostel outreach programme. Collaborating with nurses helps build trust between our community and healthcare providers, ensuring more people access the lifesaving care they may need.

The @ukhsa.bsky.social has published its latest data showing continued progress towards elimination of hepatitis C as a public health threat in England. Positive news as data shows a major drop in chronic HCV infections in England, with a 56.7% reduction since 2015. bit.ly/3R6edLK
