There’s been a lot of heated discussion around KallmeKris’ YT video condemning “TikTok smut books” and fans of Dark Romance. I want to talk about how she’s using similar talking points as Book Banners she condemning explicit Romance with illustrated book covers. And I don’t think it’s an accident.

So grateful to authors who recommend other authors books. My last “western” read was at least 25 years ago. @byrdwrites.bsky.social suggested this one. So why not? 🤷‍♀️ @claudiacravens.bsky.social sheds a whole new light on the Wild West and strings words together that are pure poetry. I loved it!
