Todays blog comes from @kategl.bsky.social who was Chief Curator of #AdventBlogs with Gary Cookson following her launch of the blogs a number of years ago, so I am thrilled that Kate has written one this year.

The focus of the #AdventBlog has been about “its time to change”, which I am trying to do, and change my love of mince pies and focus on something more healthy. Well, its a goal at least! Todays #AdventBlog is from Scott Leiper, who is the Creator at Imaginocity & The Learning Lab.

We are racing through the festive build up and I,m wrapping presents and sorting out a long list of things to do but also taking time to enjoy the festive period.     Today’s #AdventBlog is by Gail Hatfield FCIPD, a previous blogger and reflects on the theme of “its time to change”.

It's a new week of #adventblogs and Ruhul Saiyed focuses on the topic of being more in the moment, than adding more to our lives. A wonderful reflective post, that has made me stop and think.

Well it’s been an exciting week focusing on four blogs on the theme of “Its time to change” and I have loved how everyone has gone is so many different ways on this simple topic, plus I have many more to come through the month of December.

As its early December, many of us will be turning our sights on the festive period and doing a lot of juggling and the feeling of pressure is real! So its great that Calum Campbell is focusing on wellbeing in the festive season. lnkd.in/e8UW-Rde
