Ena and I had a great time at Anime Arbor! As we walked through the packed aisles of vendors and attendees, I felt emotional thinking that we'll someday have an even bigger library. That space allows us to expand our footprint and services, creating more special moments like these.

Tonight, I had the honor of meeting U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff! We discussed a shared love of libraries, paths to affordable homeownership, and our hopes for the future of this country. From the Great Lakes to the Peach State, we're both working to build stronger communities.

After previously accusing the City of perpetrating “a fraud upon the electorate” over Proposals A & B and seeking to cancel an active election, in what Mayor Taylor called “campaign disinformation in the form of a lawsuit,” plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed their lawsuit today. #A2Council

When my now-19yo was a baby I was pretty lonely. We went to a Baby Story Time at the Downtown branch and the very first day we made friends. For the next couple of years a shifting group of us planned library playdates a couple times a week. I am still friends with some of those people today.
