Democracy in Action! Last night I attended the SA Government Community Cabinet at Unley High School What’s this? Basically an open mike night with the Premier and Ministers where the community can come along and ask any question - and they did!

25 years ago today, I woke up not knowing my life was about to change. By evening I was having an emergency c-section and my wonderful triplet sons were born! Despite being over 5 wks prem, they were healthy. They have grown to be intelligent, caring men. Happy 25th birthday to my boys!

My dad died of testicular cancer age 44. Movember promotes men’s health - male life expectancy is 4yrs less than women, a major cause is cardiovascular disease (heart attacks and strokes). See a GP regularly for health checks and follow up symptoms quickly. Happy International Men’s Day!
