The Black Flag Group of some 800 academics in Israel is calling upon the heads of Israeli universities and colleges to mobilize the full weight of Israeli academia to stop the Israeli war in Gaza

The board of Uppsala University has called on the Swedish government to condemn Israel’s actions, to resume funding UNRWA, and take all available measures (including trade sanctions against Israel) to prevent a genocide in Gaza (see: www.uu.se/en/news/2025...).
