I’m going to try my best to get on and answer everything and try to catch up a bit! I’m doing a lot of educational sessions and meeting nurses for my gramma and getting her home has been a major adjustment! I’ve barely had time to do a single thing 😭

I really don’t have time nor energy to deal with all of this chaos; but I will say something. Joey/Lynx/Cinnamonserval/Stimtoys was my best friend for several years. I’ve known him since 2014. We were basically family. I loved him very dearly, and cared about him a lot.

We only have 2 days to get all the disability things we need for gramma to come home ;m; PLEASE consider helping us out! We really need the assistance. I haven’t been able to work much, and it’s really really making us drown. We are 4k behind and STILL need 5.5k for the ramp ;;

Gramma needs a blood transfusion; and I’m just worried that her improvement isn’t going the right way. I miss her and I want her to come home and feel better.

I really don’t know what to do - I have to somehow find 5.5k this month for bills, PLUS I have to somehow find god knows how much in the next 2 weeks to build a ramp for my gramma to be in a wheelchair, PLUS I have a ton of yard work to do, plus work, plus home repairs and car repairs 🥲

Ppl really take for granted being able to do things as simple as brushing your hair. Or playing on your phone. Or just holding a cup. It’s hard to watch gramma re-learn how to do all of this.

I miss my gramma being home. I Miss her personality and her just. Being her. This morning she was convinced we were in a movie production and all the nurses were actors - instead of the hospital I want her to come home already

Sitting in a hospital room with the tv on while my gma gets an EGM and the news reporter has the exact name of my abusive ex and it’s so awesome to hear that over and over

This experience is just. Terrifying. She’s back on oxygen. They think there’s an internal bleed. The delirium is just. So bad. She’s asking how she can eat the handles on her bed. She’s not super aware of much. It’s so hard to watch and I’m just. So scared.

Genuinely why is Feb such an awful month. Last year at this same time exactly, we learned that Dodger had cancer and we were back and forth in the animal hospital and ER and constant bloodwork and like I hate this so much and there’s nothing I can do about it

This has been such a nightmare month. Gramma had surgery on the 4th. ER on the 8th. Surgery again on 12th. And now might need blood transfusion due to abdominal bleeding. She also has hospital delirium after being in the hospital for 2 weeks straight almost

Man ; I’ve never seen my grandma so..out of it. She’s forgetful and is hearing and seeing things and she’s never been like that before :c
