Turns out cooking tons of food for people and being deadnamed for like 5 days while spending time around family constantly is exhausting and depressing. Coming out of a few weeks of being sick and now that has passed on to Par and I'm just- done. Small depression break from art.

Said my piece on Twitter, but I'll reiterate here: There's no reason for a creator as big as you to use GenAI. There's plenty of community resources available made for the exact sounds you need. If you're not confident in your audio design, hire someone. Or go soundless. Literally anything but AI.

In light of recent discussions on AI- Don't use AI because it will make what you do worse regardless of how trivial you THINK the job is. And that's if we ignore any and all ethical qualms (a potentially tremendous amount of required ignorance). It's just that simple.
