UNC-Chapel Hill interim Provost Jim Dean said at a faculty meeting just now that UNC will continue pursuing accreditation with SACSCOC for its 2027 reaffirmation. But Dean added that he's "really impressed by the work" the Commission for Public Higher Education is doing so far.
