Get out of here with that nonsense. Nothing performative about publicly laughing your ass off at a Far Side comic.

Any media directly about the internet ages like milk and also is uninteresting. To talk about such a dull and annoying topic you have to talk AROUND IT with another object at the focus. This is going to age about as well as Transmetropolitan imo

Itās also cool cause you can 100% tell he could draw damn well and is just doing this for the job. A pro.

Fraction Batman is Not Good. It's just fine I guess. Batman is not a Feel Good comic. It's a messy world with messy logic where a writer with a World View can express themselves. Miller being the best example and Morrison being the next up on that. Everything else is valueless entertainment.

The Biz nailed his run on this title. Absolutely fantastic bit of work. Giffen's layouts and plot (with Grant) are fun and silly and made me laugh several times.

Claire got me to read Lobo and while I don't find the stories engaging, the dialogue is so fun and the art is so insanely good I have to keep flipping thru it. Everything feels so immediate, as if it happened on a whim. Fantastic cartooning. Great stuff.

I say this a lot to people in real life but consumer technology peaked a decade ago. Now things are just going to get worse, more fragile, invade your privacy more. The only things that will get ābetterā are surveillance and weapons.
