Here's a (somewhat arbitrary) tier list of the characters from Arcane S1 based on how well-written I think they are--a tier list that always remains fixed and totally never changes after each viewing. By the way, there are no bad characters in this show. We must spread the Arcane Agenda to Bluesky.
